Would You Stand up to This Level of Scrutiny?

A big part of my job is knowing what’s on agents’ minds. So, I spend quite a bit of time in real estate Facebook groups.

The other day I was in the Inman group and Brad Inman posted an email from an agent who was interested in switching companies.

The agent had asked Brad’s advice on which brands he should consider. Brad posted the email in the group to help the agent get feedback.

One of the people who commented on the thread was Leslie Ebersole, Chief Marketing Officer of BRIX Real Estate in Minneapolis.

Leslie mentioned she’d created a guide to help agents decide which brokerage to join. And, she generously shared the document with the group.

The first thing that struck me as I reviewed the guide was that it was the most comprehensive approach to choosing a brokerage I’d ever seen.

And the second thing that struck me was how valuable the document is from a brokerage recruiting perspective.

Maybe you would. Maybe you wouldn’t.

But either way, asking yourself the questions is a great way to gauge your overall preparedness when it comes to recruiting.
