Here’s Why Agents Switch Companies
Over the past few years, I’ve built an exhaustive list of actual reasons agents switched companies.
Some of the reasons are obvious. Some are surprising. Some seem downright petty.
But they’re all real reasons gleaned from coaching clients, social media, interviews, surveys, and more.
Today, I’m sharing the list with you in the hope you’ll find it useful for recruiting and retention.
